How much do you know about your own religion (whatever it is)? Do you think you are a good practising member?
Regardless of what your religion is, how much know about your own religion? Do you think you are a model practising member? If not, are you willing to become a model member? How much is your own religion (again, regardless of what your religion is) present in your daily life? Do you think about your own God at every moment every day? How many times a day do you have your won God in your mind?
I'm a retired minister and ministerial teacher, and an author of books my church uses to train ministers, so I would say I am fairly well-verses in what my faith teaches. As far as a model practicing member, I would prefer not to think of myself that way. I do the best I can, and expect no more of anyone else.
My faith is an integral part of my life, and my beliefs guide the things I choose to do and not to do. Do I think about God every moment of every day? No. I doubt I could function as a human being if all I ever thought about were God. There is such a thing as being so heavenly minded that one is no earthly good. But God is on my mind often. I don't know if I could say how many times a day... I never thought to count it. He's just always there, and I am aware of His presence.
