I'm 5'3, I have blonde hair which by homecoming will probably be even blonder (think ashley tisdale), blue eyes, and I am really tan, and really petite. I love this dress so much, what do you think?

Will it make me look fat? I was thinking I would wear my gold high heels with it, get my hair done in curls/waves, and get a natural looking makeup with peachy gloss and like coral cheeks.

I think it is cute and I love the colour. Maybe not the traditional homecoming style of dress but if it is 'you' then go for it. I personally wouldn't wear gold with it though. Silver would work much better. The hair and makeup sound fine - just do something that suits your face shape and skin colour.
