Vsd Saddle

Wintec saddle question?

ok so do u have a wintec 250, wintec 500, wintec 2000, or a wintec vsd AP saddle? i really need a new saddle and where i used to ride, i rode in a wintec and i loved it but im not sure which version it was other than it was an all purpose. so i figured id get other peoples opinions on them. i like the 2000 cuz its all suedey but are they the same form as the other ones? its hard to tell cuz i can only see those front/side views of them. i ride in an AP saddle now and i would like to continue with an AP but i mainly ride dressage and some trail rides (hence the AP) so id like to know which wintec would be good for me. thanks alot!!!!! and happy riding!!!!

I've had my old Wintec 500 AP for about 5 years now and it still looks new. I recommend the Wintec 500 AP as only the knee rolls have that not-very-durable suede stuff on it.

Have you thought of getting one of Wintec's dressage models? If you don't plan on jumping, you may be better off with one of their dressage saddles (again, I'd go with the 500 as there isn't as much of the suede stuff). I ride dressage and jumpers and when I go trail riding, I personally like going in my dressage saddle over my jumping one (unless there's a chance of it getting wet).
