I have a Olde English Bulldog and she is just jumping on people and I'm trying to get to his stop in what way?

I tried to put my knees to the chest and a lite smack on the nose with a piece of paper and a bottle with water, and none of them work!

First, realize that this is your dog to greet people. She is not trying to be a parasite, it is rather trying recognize the presence of everyone telling them how happy she is seeing someone she respects both. Dogs have a special way learning, like children. If your dog is chewing a shoe of yours and you enter the room and start shouting and waving arms around, your dog does not realize that you are angry. In fact, she will see what the praise, or an invitation to play. If you react to your dog when she jumps (by pushing down, talking to him, etc.), you are the reward for his actions. One thing you can try the tactic IGNORE. Just to ignore it when it jumps. You back on foot. Do not recognize the word, touch or eye contact with her.
