its a really cute pad with purple hearts lol but it was too small..... should i just get it anyway?

No, NOT A PONY SADDLE!! I'm talking about if everything fits. And the saddle and gel pad fit, I'm just saying a cute little pad underneath. And yes, I should own a horse. I haven't even tried it on yet. GEEZ!!!!!!!1
Sure you can use it...if "cute" is more important to you than the comfort/health of your horse.
A saddle pad that is too small is useless, and your horse will develop saddle sores and back problems. Get a pad that fits. I'm sure you can find a "cute" horse sized saddle pad, if you look hard enough.
