I had a dead battery and jump started my 2003 tahoe. When I started the vehicle all guages were flat.?

All other electronics worked. Is this a fuse issue?

depends how dead your battery was it might take a few minutes to charge or the fuse could have blown when you jump started the car take it to an auto electrician and get him to check your battery and alternator if it is the original battery it will be at the end of life good luck hope its only minor problem
