I like my brandy. Basically that's all I can drink, because it really comes down well and good for me. As for spirits like Tequila or John or Jim Beam walkers, etc. .. I find it hard to swallow. I am a little uncertain, are the expression Cognac and spirits as well? or is there a difference? Your response is greatly appreciated!
The spirits are the result of the distillation of various Liquid brandy / cognac from wine (cognac than a simple designation of cognac), rum, molasses teqila agave, etc. The term comes from alchemy, when the distillate has been thought to contain the spirit "of the chemical mixture, literally reduced to its essential qualities.
