So people always say "do not fit into boots or shoes with rubber soles becauseyour will be blocked. "So why do English stirrups a piece of rubber in them that your foot is? Would that raise your foot as boots rubber-soled?
At the time I was in Pony Club, the rule is that you could not roll in boots with rubber soles and rubber pads into the calipers. If you had rubber boots, you had to remove the rubber pads calipers. I guess they were rubber double was just too fitting, but only one surface is rubber would be good. I do not think this rule is in place longer, since more boots have rubber soles before 20 years ago.
