The mother of my friend who lives about an hour and a half, wants me to shorten to six Robes about 12-14 cm long (I guess she means the length of the skirt, otherwise it would be a dress too short). The fabric of this, she wants me to do in a short arm with elastic at each end that cover his arms, but leave the bare shoulders. What is a fair price? I do not want to overload it, and she pays for shipping.
