Where can I buy a bag pleated ivory squares with a Gold Chain hanging?

I have seen this type of bag a few times, one of ivory and the other in a dark green color. He had a medal or''grande''cadenas as the chain hanging from one side to the other side of the bag to create a form of U. The seats are padded and pleated. Someone know where I could buy one or what type of bag is actually called, or even the author? Thank you.
