Bit Horse
Friday, March 12th, 2010How do I keep my horse on the bit?
I usually have no problem getting a horse on the bit, but the problem is, I can't keep a horse on it. I asked for help and one of my instructors told me to soften the reins as soon as the horse does, to reward it, but another one of my instructors told me that I should keep my hands steady, so he won't "escape". I am really confused! Someone help!
nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo you dont squeeze the reins this is bad? duh? you have to hollow away and make your horse come under you and then you will be on the bit..........
