Medium Saddle

If my horse's English Saddle size is Medium but I have found a cheaper saddle that is wide(for Quarter Horses) Would it be a problem to buy and use. Would it hurt her?
i'd stick with what fits, cheaper isn't always better. and if you do decide to get something different, be sure to try it out before you purchase. one of the worst things you can do to a horse is to put an ill fitting saddle on it's back. a saddle that is to narrow will pinch, causing a sore back. a saddle that is too wide will sit on the horses withers creating a painful pressure point. if your saddle does not fit properly, your horse will have a sore back, no matter what you try to do with pads. stick to a medium tree and keep your horse happy!
