Raised Self

What would happen to my pizza base if i use self raising flour instead of strong flour?

I am making a pizza base and it says to use 100g of strong white flour and 100g of strong wholewheat flour but i only have the strong white flour and self raising wholeweat flour.. will it affect my pizza base? Thanks (:

The Baking Powder in the self-rising flour would kill the yeast.
The way around this would be to omit the yeast and add 1tsp Baking Powder. This dough will not need to proof (rise), just let it relax, form it, and bake.
All of the "bake and rise" pizza's in the Grocery are leavened this way.
