I'd go with the Uxeter. You have a choice of degree of leverage between the upper and lower slots, with less leverage from the upper. Using a Kimberwicke without attaching your reins through the slots gives sloppy signals and just makes little sense on a leverage bit. Because the mouthpiece is not centered on the dee, this bit can't function as a snaffle. So, I'd either use an actual dee ring snaffle, or go with the Uxeter if you want the leverage of a Kimberwicke.
