living in a semi-detached house?
i was wondering if when you're living in a semi detached house it is harder to keep the house insulated? (because of the extra wall open to the elements).
and do you have any other pros/cons for semi-detached houses?

semi detached/ mid-terrace, I think its the same thing, that on one side its empty and the other is attached to another house

I think you mean detached (not adjoining) Insulation and good double glazing are the
key in any home along with the type of heating and fuel. Fuel costs may be slightly
higher but noise polution and privacy would make that worthwile.
Unless of course you live in a mid-terrace.
