Brown Warranty
I bought the brown zune about a year ago at best buy with the warranty. the battery life seems to have dropped
Best Buy does'nt seem to carry the brown zune anymore. If i were to go the store and demand the device to be replaced, would they try and give me another color of the 30gb? If thats the case, that solution is not up to par. What would they offer to do to fix the situation?
Do you believe in free will? My original purchase was for the brown zune. if i wanted a black/white or any other color for that matter i would have purchased another color to begin with.
why does it matter if u get a different colour?
