Sorry, I fixed the link! Now what do you guys think- first picture or second picture? *both included*?
So my boss decided we're going to have an "Employee Wall" at the restaurant that I work, and she said to take a fun, informal close up picture to spice things up. This informal picture is going to go right next to the formal, boring picture of us in our work attire, ect..I took one and now I need help deciding which VERSION I want to bring to her...

I kind of don't like this one because I just think it's too...bright.

I made it black and white and rotated it...I don't like this one because when I rotated it, it made it seem like my hair is defying the laws of gravity by NOT falling down..but I had to rotate it to make it less crooked. and I think this one being b/w will make it stick out more next to the colored, formal pic..but I don't know!
So POLL: First or second version???
definatly the second. i am a photographer and i shoot portraits like that everyday. ps you are supposed to have it vertical like that and if there is a blur/soften feature on your photo program, use it just a little (15-20%) you might like it better
